How do I sign up for membership?You can sign up for Membership when you visit us at Pickleballerz. Our address is 14424 Albemarle Point Place, Chantilly, VA 20151. Our building is located towards the back of the complex. See you soon! Check out our Membership and Rates page to see details.

Do I have to be a member to play?Everyone is welcome at Pickleballerz. No, you do not have to be a member. But membership offers the best deals for playing at Pickleballerz. Make sure to check out our membership options...there's a way to play for everyone!

What is CourtReserve?CourtReserve is our court management system. You can use CourtReserve to: View the calendar of events Sign up for events and clinics Book courts Creating an account on CourtReserve is easy and free.

What is "Open Play"?""Open Play" is a regularly-scheduled, organized event where players rotate playing with different players who are also registered for Open Play which creates a fun, dynamic and social environment. The Open Play schedule can be found on our website on the Schedule page.

How do I book a court?Booking a court is easy with our CourtReserve system. Visit our BOOK A COURT page on this website which will take you to CourtReserve for Pickleballerz. Just create/log in to your Pickleballerz CourtReserve account and you'll be able to view and reserve available courts. You can also call us at (703) 657-2100 and we'll be happy to reserve a court for you.

How do I sign up for clinics?Check out our Clinics page and our Schedule page to find out about all the clinics we have available. You can sign up online using the CourtReserve link or call us at (703) 657-2100. You do NOT need to be a paying member to sign up for clinics or play at Pickleballerz.

How do I schedule a Private Lesson?Great idea! Give us a call and we'll set you up with a Pro.

Do I have to bring my own paddle and balls?If you are new to pickleball and don't have you're own equipment, no problem! We have paddles and balls available to check out if needed. Come play! Members must bring their own paddles and balls for Court Reservations. Members are welcome to demo paddles. If you forgot your balls, don't worry...we have a Pro Shop on site for all your Pickleball needs!

What is the cancelation/no-show policy?No-shows and late cancelations will be assessed the full court reservation or event fee at the current non-member rate. All court reservation, event, or clinic cancelations (unless otherwise stated) must be completed prior to 24 hours before to avoid charges. Court abandonment is also considered a no-show and subject to same fees. Open Play requires cancelation no less than 2 hours in advance to avoid fees. Tournaments and other events: cancelation policy may vary. Please read the details of the specific tournament or event for information regarding cancelations/no-shows.

What are the clinic rates?Clinics are a great way to take your game to the next level and to meet fellow players. Clinics are typically 60 or 90 mins. in duration. Clinic fees will vary depending on the length, type of clinic, registrations limits, and teaching professional.

What are the maximum number of players per court for court reservations?6 players.

What is the fee for court reservations?Please see the Membership and Rates page on our website for the most current rates. Please keep in mind that court reservations are based on a per player rates. Minimum court rates apply to courts with less than 4 people per court for Doubles play.

I'm not a member...how do I book courts?To book courts online, visit our CourtReserve system. You can also visit us in person or call to make a reservation. 1) create an account on CourtReserve 2) login to your account and book your courts See our Membership and Rates on our website for information about fees.

Can you explain the "2 Hours limit" on court reservations?"Court reservations are made under a single player's name. That player can reserve up to 2 hours per day.

Do you have a ball machine? Is it available to rent?Yes! When you make a court reservation you can add the ball machine. Ball machine is $10/hour plus the court reservation fees.

Do you have Guest Fees for Court Reservations?Court Reservation fees are per person. As such, the fee will depend on their membership status. If a member is bringing a non-member, the non-member or "guest" would be charged the non-member fee. Note: court minimums do apply. Please see our Membership and Rates page on our website for detailed information regarding fees.
