Pickleballerz Rules and Policies
STOP and READ! DO NOT PREPAY. NO REFUNDS. Only credit may be applied to the players account balance on CourtReserve for Pickleballerz. Registrations DO NOT require pre-payment. A credit card on file is sufficient to hold the reservation or event registration. You will be charged at the time of your event/reservation. Credit is only applied IF the reservation or registration is canceled in the required timeframe.
Court Reservations: Fees are PER PLAYER (Non-members $14/hr, Members $6/hr). Minimum total court charge is $24/hour/court for members, $56/hour/court for non-members.
To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations for most events/ reservations must be completed on-line or by calling the front desk more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the recorded reservation or event time. Special events including tournaments must cancel by deadline as posted online for that specific tournament. Cancelation fees are equal to the full event fee or $56/hr for court reservations.
OPEN/LEVEL PLAY : If a registrant has not arrived within 90 minutes of the event start time, or cancels less than 2 hours prior to the event start time, they will be considered a "no show", will be canceled from event, and charged the full event fee amount at the current non-member rate.
Court reservations and event registrations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals, who hoard courts, frequently cancel reservations, deliberately double book courts, arrive late, leave court times early or have a history of no-showing for reserved courts; face reservation sanctions, no-show fees and/or termination of their membership. A reservation is considered to be a “no-show” 15 minutes after the posted reservation time. At this point, the reservation is terminated and returned to Management for general usage and Cancellation/No-Show fees will be applied to the person who reserved the court.
Outstanding court reservations are limited to 2 per week for members and non-members. The total amount of time playing on a reserved court is limited to 2 hours/day per player and 2 hours/day per household.
There is a minimum of 2 players and maximum of 6 players per court for all court reservations. Court reservations with a ball machine rental are excluded from the minimum player requirement.
Players who make court reservations (aka the Primary) are responsible for ensuring that all players on their court complete the Check-In process at the front desk BEFORE entering the court. Any players not checked in is a violation of facility policy and will result in a full non-member court fees to the Primary, regardless of any players membership type and status.
Individuals may arrange one advanced court time per day. If courts are available, same-day reservations may be made after the completion of the first reserved court time at the discretion of management and staff.
