What This Experience Is

1

2

The Pickleballerz Play Lab is a structured player development program that combines coached sessions, real match play, video recording and AI analytics. Rather than focusing only on drills, the experience is built to help players improve through live competition, measurable feedback and a clear view of how they perform in actual points.

Players receive data-driven insight into their game, not just general coaching opinions. The format is designed to help players see patterns in their movement, shot selection, court positioning and consistency so they can make smarter adjustments over time.

How It Works

We are organizing this as a personalized group experience, which means sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of those who join. Once we have all the slots filled with sign ups, we will coordinate and finalize the session dates and communicate the plan to the group.

The standard Play Lab format is a 6-week program with one session per week, 90 minutes per session, and small-group court assignments based on skill level. Each court group is designed for 4 players, with players grouped by similar DUPR range whenever possible to keep play competitive and productive.

What Players Get

What’s Included:

Six structured sessions across a 6-week format, with one 90-minute session each week in the standard Play Lab model.

PB Vision AI analysis with tracked skill dimensions and performance data.

Coached drill rotation and guided match play during each session.

A personal progress dashboard and end-of-program improvement report.

Save My Play video recording during match play for player review.

A small-group environment designed for meaningful reps and more individual attention than a large clinic.

This is built as a premium development experience, not a drop-in class. The goal is to help players compete, review, learn and measure progress in a more complete way than a one-off lesson or standard group clinic can provide.

Why It’s Different

Most clinics teach technique in short blocks and may not show how that technique holds up in real match play. Play Lab combines live coaching, structured competition, recorded points and AI-supported review so players can see what is actually happening in games, not just what they think is happening.

Because the program uses real match results, video and PB Vision analytics, players can identify recurring errors, strengths, court coverage patterns and areas for improvement with more clarity. The experience is designed to produce measurable progress, including before-and-after comparisons and a personalized end-of-program report.

Session Experience

What a Session Looks Like

Each standard 90-minute session follows a consistent structure so players know what to expect. Sessions begin with warm-up play, move into a featured drill rotation, continue into match play and finish with skill work, score entry and video upload for analysis.
During match play, staff track results and tag key moments for review. Save My Play recording is used for match play rather than warm-up or drill segments, and PB Vision analysis is then used to help turn those sessions into useful player insights.

Skill Focus

What Players Work On

The Play Lab model is built around weekly themes and progressive skill development. Across the program, players work on areas such as kitchen control, resets, court coverage, stacking, third-shot decisions, speed-up attacks and competitive match play.
That structure helps players build skills over time instead of jumping randomly from concept to concept. It also gives coaches and players a shared focus for what to apply during live points each week.

Who It’s For

This Experience Is Best For...

This experience is designed for players who want to improve through real play, coaching and data-backed feedback. It is best suited for players who are already comfortable with basic strokes and rally play and want a more structured path for development.

Progress & Reporting

How Progress Is Measured

One of the biggest benefits of Play Lab is that improvement is not left to guesswork. Throughout the program, players build a record through match results, video and PB Vision analytics, and that information is used to track progress over the course of the experience.

At the end of the program, each player receives a personalized improvement report that can include before-and-after rating changes, PB Vision skill scores, top strengths, top opportunities and clear action items for the next phase of development. The report is designed to turn six weeks of play into specific next steps a player can use right away.

Scheduling

How Scheduling Will Work

Because this is a personalized experience, we are not posting fixed dates first. Instead, we are collecting availability from players who join, then building the event around the schedule that works best for the group.

Once enough compatible dates are received, we will send out a proposed schedule and share the details directly with participants. This approach helps us create a better fit for the players rather than forcing the group into pre-set times.
