Private lesson and clinic cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notification prior to the scheduled appointment. The full fee of the lesson or clinic may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.All event no-shows (including Drop-In) will result in a full fee charge at the non-member rate. Tournament cancellations require 48 hour or more in order to receive a refund. Check with event for details. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to the start of the program will receive a credit on their CourtReserve account with Pickleballerz to be used at a later date.
